Professional softwash treatments

By softwash we mean a gentle and soft cleaning with special biodegradable agents without the use of a high pressure cleaner. Our Dakshampoo® products are specially developed to break down the dirt on your roof, facade, cladding or sidewalk. With an annual repetition, dirt does not get enough adhesion so that your roof, facade or terrace stays nice and clean. In case of extreme pollution on your roof, facade, bricks or sidewalks, we recommend to opt for a once-only thorough cleaning by spraying it in with Dakshampoo® and rinsing it off with water first. Then annual treatment with our softwash is sufficient for a continuous beautiful clean appearance of your home.

Softwash treatment 1

(roof conditioner)

- the roof will be sprayed with Dakshampoo®

- the product penetrates deeply and quickly breaks down all pollution

- with time, the weather carries the dirt back into the gutter

- after 1 treatment your roof will be about 80 to 100% clean within 1 year, depending on the degree of pollution

- at an annual repeat, your roof will eventually be completely clean

Softwash treatment 2

(Boards, woodwork, dormer windows, fences and garden furniture)

- spray it in and rinse it of with low pressure garden hose

- after 1 treatment immediately a visible fresh result without pressure washer

  excellent system for hard-to-reach places such as dormer windows

  dirt stays away longer

  excellent to repeat it annually in combination with treatment 1 and 3

Costs of treatment 2

- we charge € 4.50 per m2 with a minimum amount of € 50, -

- only in combination with softwash treatment 1 or a minimum amount of € 350, -

Softwash treatment 3

(garden paths, pavements and terraces)

- spray it with Dakshampoo®

- after 1 treatment immediately a visible fresh result without pressure washer

- in case of a seriously polluted pavement, it is also possible to opt for a once-only thorough cleaning. (see photo on the right)

Tip! Because of our climate, algae grows fairly quickly on roof tiles, facades and terraces. We only recommend a thorough cleaning once. Then it is sufficient to spray the roof once a year with Dakshampoo® to keep it nice and clean. You can do this by yourself with one of our products or let us do it.
